Who should I ask??

once again I am made to give vent to my very first article.Human beings raise questions related to different issues that they have to deal with in their lives.It is but natural.Unluckily,it is thought that the one with unclear mind usually ask questions and it is for the children to raise question so that when they grow up they will be in the know.The majority of the intelligent people clear their mind by asking questions and by creating a healthy debate.Researchers and scientists have this healthy habits to solve the knotty issues of existence they don’t let the child in them die and hence progress the country.There are some teachers who, not only neglect the raised questions but they make the students repent on their own questions.Point to be noted that these teachers usually follow, out of date version, in which they have thought for more than (20 to 35 )years. It is of great interest to know that questions are up to the date.Just imagine that how come ? these questions could be tackled by them who have never bother to add up new know how(New version).The same thing happened when one of our senior teacher was asked for the economics application of a topic in real life.After an uneven answer to the question just for his self esteem he proclaimed that ”he still never come to know in his 40 years of teaching experience What exactly economics is? but it is.whatever it is”. Dot your i’s and cross your t’s.It is a self evident truth.

This diplomacy stop us from thinking so deeply and content on whatever is Done.Can we move forward to stay under the yoke of him?

A good communication skill not only help you speak easily, they also help you write and listen better. Some people are born with dynamic skills in communication, but for most of us it is a learnt art.

Effective communication with students involves not only sending messages, but also receiving them. They are more likely to be attentive to a conversation than a speech to which they are expected to listen passively. An effective way of showing students that you care about them is by listening.

Being a good listener means being attentive, trying to understand others and solitude. Listening help you to elaborate your knowledge and strengthen your ideas. These stimulated ideas encourage your communication.

Speech is the fastest method of communication between people. A good and proactive speech requires a dynamic communicator. But every time we don’t give speech to communicate. The précis of my all article is that that in order to do something out of ordinary one need good, better, best communicator. It is proved from the history that our masteries who are still alive in our words were the best at this skill. weren’t they?

 Its all about the delinquent teenagers a very common and every day phenomena but is rarely shown up on the media isn’t it?

Many people say that the reason is fall of joint family system, where grandpas and grandmas were readily available to teach their children Eastern values and cultural. Some are of the opinion that it was the result of our failure to stop the influx of the western culture.

There was a time when elders used to educate their little ones during dinner time because it was the only time when all the family members gather. They would learn that before they start eating they must say Qalma ,Right hand must be used to eat  etc

But now we have delinquent youth it is just because that we have stopped taking dinner at the dinning table and started taking our night meals in the TV lounge watching Indian cultural. Children and even their mothers are found so engrossed in the developments in the SAAS BAHOO tales that they forget how and what they are eating and refuse to listen to anybody and these have curtailed our social activity to a dangerous level , resulting into an alarming increase in the cases of Hyper tension and High blood pressure .Psychologists are of the view that socialization is only way out of tension. The rewards goes to Indian media.

Our new generation have become couch potatoes they spend their precious time which they could serve for their home work dinner etc but they consistently set before TV and they even accept hastily prepared dinner which causes too many illness.people in the past or still who don’t think TV to be everything to them. They are very healthy and creative as compare to couch potatoes.

Incorporate the best one .,.,,

Collect plenty of ideas and opinions but incorporate the best one only.But here is another charm of opinions servings.Opinions are forced on others to follow.A politician wants to force his opinion on the masses,A teacher would force his/her students to subscribe to his/her opinion..A clergyman would ask a congregation to pay head to his opinion otherwise the faithful would go to hell. An employ will always have a negative opinion about his/her boss.A child may have perception but ultimately they transfer into opinions.Sometimes but most the time we express our opinion based on our feelings rather than knowledge. Everyone has preconceived ideas rather than going about the things in a logical manner.Disagreements can be based on facts and experiences.We believe that while disagreeing with someone we become superior to them.Disagreement is an easy job to do but the difficult thing is to learn this skill with full of grace.Lending an attentive ear to someone makes a person gain knowledge, Listening teaches you the art of patience and eliminates errors in perceptions.The act of listening hides ones deficiencies because a closed mouth catches no flies.

why? we are not confident,.,

There are many reasons by the virtu of which we are not confident.They are now discussed in sequence,First of all why we are not confident? because we are having the following certain objects in our minds.

1) That I can’t do it.

2) That I must not make a mistake.

3) That I am not perfect .

4) That nobody likes  me.

5) That I am abcdarian.

6) That I don’t have personality.

7) That I am not strong enough.

Now to tackle these mind freaks,we need certain commitments which contrast all these.
If there is any plan, problem we need not to consider it too difficult or strange for us but we even knowingly should not lose our bottle against it.Our first step,which is to be taken,is to say that I can do this.
Everyone,when starting a new job or any event for the first time,is afraid of making loss or mistake in it.But those who only take this venture can often get prossperity otherwise it is just the wastage of time to think more than enough about making loss.We should not worry about our mistakes because when we have just made mistake it will give us more experience in our lives.
Human is insatiable so no one is perfect in this world.We should not be in inferiority conflex about ourselves but show our that hidden qualities to those who have never seen it before.
The people are liked because of some unique qualities in them,everyone has some changed qualities from others but some people know how to show these God gifted qualities up and some don’t have this skill.We all just need to figure out how can we show ourselves in the top ranking?
To gain a very stunning personality one need to possess all the above qualities in oneself,some time but most of the time we are scared of of our less informations about different fields,so that one can not play a vital role in the discussions about anything,which leeds to have no dare to ask or to speak something.
We should make a very studieous and general informative atmosphare for ourselves to learn more and more.

DAJAL is the name of that creature,who is going to come with a lot of power to this world.According to different writers and masteries, this creature has no spacified shape of occurence but it may be a system,it may be an organization,it may be an object,it may be so so.
Nevertheless it is understood about DAJAL that the parents of this creature will have such features that they would not have child for a very long period of time,his mother would be possissing a big belley,would be short and her hands would be so long.The father of this creature would have these linements,he will be tall more than enough,his mouth will be the similar to the mouth of a crow.
Now about Dajal,he will take birth in a jeus family,he would have teath by birth,his one eye will be lane,his hair will be so awsome and dispersed.He will have 6 days of life but his first day will be as long as one year and the second day will be equall to at least 3 months and the rest will be the same as usuall.He will own very stong power in the world and its eveything so so.
In light of these above mentioned characteristics once news was spread about the birth of a child in jeuses family who had teath and all the qualities as was mentioned by our Prophet(PBUH).Everyone was very scared of that child and was thought to be Dajal.But after few days that family was disappeard and nobod knew that.
Some people say that he will come,some say he has already come but just will appeare, when ALLAH give him permission to come among us.Nonetheless once a sahabi came to our Prophet (PBUH) and said that he had come across a place where he saw Dajal was hanged and was tighten with hard chain and was saying”I am coming soon”,but that sahabi did not remember the place where he saw him?
He will slaughter those who don’t accept him to be everlasting and again give them life but in fact he would not be slaughtered but ALLAH will send a plate of iron between his sword and the people’s neck but the onlooker will not be able to see that plate and will think that man to be slaughtered so off course they will accept him The creator. but just even then the slaughtered ones will not accept him and these people would be considered KAFER and mad. For the reformers of that time he will give and provide each solid clues to prove that he is.He will even get their wishes come true.

Look computer it can do whatever we want,which we could never have thought of before.Some masteries say that it could be the eye of the Dajal because of one of the charactoristics is that he will be able to see the whole universe with his eye,now a days its possible to track each and every object from the setalite through the computer.
CONCLUSION
Jueses have done their best and still are busy in making such technology so that they will be able to see The Fareshtey and how the miracles are sent?They are making plans,how to destroy the concept of ISLAM and to those miracles on the muslims and make such sleazy atmospher for the muslims?

No more waste….

With the spain of time,getting labour with small wages,looks too hard but a country needs to follow up the chinese policies.
Chinese has too many well and off stratigies so as to boost up economy.One of the fundamental policy is over-time duties of the enployes but they are not paid for this over-time ,but it is consider to be compulsion for the chinese to keep its nation above others.
In othere countries of the world labours are paid on hour bases and they usually work for about 6 to 8 hours but this is not the case in china,most probably chinese labours work for about 7 to 9 but they get 6 hour credit,because each and every individual works for the benifits of china and its people,one can see their love and vigour with the country from these acts.

Culprits are imprisined for their illigel practuses,they are turtured and made to conffesed, what they have done? And thus a large portion of budget is utilized to perform these all acts.But this is not the case in china,90 percent of the prisiners of kept on work for the cheaper cost of production, which help the producer,Govt and consumer to have produced,supply at much more affordable price.
Nevertheless chinese orginazers get one factor of production in free because they are paid nothing……..
Countries with hand to mouth citizens should follow up chinese policies to give up scorching a lot of budget on imprisinment,while these jailers could its self be used a free factor of production.

we are led to believe that as black as to be white and white as to be black…….

Just copy and paste is not wisdom but its just beprivation of the facts.we are decieved by such means in our everyday life.Many reasons behind it hunt us ,Depreciation of knowledge,poor-confidence in one self,No virious of creativity,No thoughts of one’s visibility among the folk ctc..

Copy and Paste is thought to be the best solution to the phonomenon of life but as a matter of fact,it is the most easiest way to fall in pray with depending.

We are to belive,where they never belive on what they force us to trust.No one has courage to raise head against the empires and to ask them for The Practice,what they preach?

Surely they can never be so accuratein their practicality because they have just listened and transfered to us.why not have fundamental research because doubt is always batter than over confidence,to tackle the crux of every trial of nature………
